Why should you make a donation to New Life Union Mission?
Since 1961 New Life Union Mission has helped children, youth and adults in our community. The Mission's current assistance efforts are focused on the children and youth enrolled in the Mission Youth Center Clubs (MYC) in Dyersburg and Halls. We work with the Club Kids and their families to help them overcome poverty or at-risk situations in order to have a better future. The Mission currently provides meals each week for 100 - 125 children. The Mission also provides weekend food through the local schools for over 150 children each week during the school year. Please see the Programs tab for a complete list of services provided by the Mission in both Dyer and Lauderdale Counties.
New Life Union Mission is governed by a Board of Directors, and has a full audit conducted each year by an outside firm not directly associated with the Mission. New Life Union Mission is a 501c3 Charitable Non-profit and a member of The Citygate Network.
Your donations of money, clothing and other items, along with your prayers, time, and abilities make it possible for the Mission to connect with and help children, youth and their families. Please visit our Volunteer page if you would like to volunteer.

Since 1961, the Mission has transformed lives because of your generosity to those less fortunate. Your donation will provide needed programs for children, youth and their families living in poverty or at-risk situations.
Your gift, in memory or in honor of a loved one, friend or special occasion, is not only a thoughtful way to pay tribute to someone special but also a wonderful way to help meet the needs of those less fortunate in your community.
A contribution may be given in lieu of flowers for a loved one who is deceased or to honor special occasions such as, anniversaries, weddings, birthdays and graduations.
When you give an honor or memorial gift, a letter will be sent to the designated family or individual telling them of your gift. An acknowledgement will also appear in The State Gazette newspaper.
If you would like to support to the Mission with a monthly gift, please print the linked form, fill it out and mail it along with a voided check to the New Life Union Mission, P O BOX 179, Dyersburg, TN 38025.
Weekend Food for Kids provides meals for children who otherwise will not have enough food over the weekend. The food is selected for ease of preparation and nutritional value, with the goal being to provide children with filling, easy to prepare food. A typical Weekend Food for Kids pack includes dried fruit, canned fruit, two canned entrees, two breakfast items, shelf-stable milk, 100% fruit juice, and crackers. Children are recommended by school teachers and counselors, and then parents are contacted. The program is operated very discretely and attention is not drawn to the children involved. The program currently serves children in elementary schools in Dyersburg City, Dyer County, and Halls. All money given and designated to the program is used to purchase food. It costs $4.00 per week or $120.00 for the entire thirty weeks to provide for one child. The program is coordinated by wonderful volunteers.
